Cheese as a source of protein
Do you use cheese as a source of protein?
A standard serve of cheese is 30g, which means to get at least 20g of protein in a meal from cheese. you need to eat over 80g. That quickly adds over 300kcal in energy and almost 30g of fat to a meal.
Rather than using cheese as the main focus or source of protein in a meal, I recommend using it in small amounts, less than 30g to provide flavour and depth.
